You can customize your account to only trigger trees on certain products. For this you need to send us the list of Product IDs that SHOULD plant a tree (not the list of products that shouldn’t).

To find your product ID:
- Log into BigCommerce then go toProductsthen clickExport
- BigCommerce comes with a few product export templates built-in but if you choosedefaultthis will provide the Product ID, Code/SKU and product name as well as other fields to help you identify your products.
- ChooseExport to Microsoft Excel (CSV)
- ClickContinue,然后单击Export my products to a CSV filein the pop-up window.
- When the export is complete, selectDownload my Products file. The file will be saved to your computer, usually in your Downloads folder.
- Once you have exported the CSV, you can then open it and you will see theProduct IDin the first column:
