When you create your forest for your company, or when you join our Ambassador program, you'll receive some free trees to give away to friends, customers and contacts.
Why we do this
As much as we can, we prefer to spend our marketing budget on planting extra trees. That's why we offer you trees to trial our service. We are pretty confident you will love our platform. Especially when you start receiving very positive feedback from your customers.
We believe that if you try it, you will adopt it. Also, by shortening the 'decision process' time we can lower our onboarding costs so in the end, even if unconventional and surprising, this offer allows us to globally plant more trees at a cost we can afford. That's what we care about.
What you need to do
If you have received free tree credits because you applied for the ambassador program, or because you started your company forest, please make sure you choose one of the following species in our projects in Madagascar and Tanzania.
If you just start yourNet Zero Productplan a you will be automatically credited those free trees and the plugin will be planting it automatically.
Please note: If youupgradefrom the Standard Plan to the Plus Plan or the Premium Plan, those credits won't be available for the Net Zero Product so in this case, you will need tocredit your accountto get started. But you will still keep 250 free tree credits that you can use at a later stage to manuallyOffer Trees.
Which trees will you plant?

On the last page of the payment process, you have the option to pay with your 'free trees' and at the same time check how many you still have.
We might ask you to fill in your billing information such as your company address, country, etc. But don't worry, we will not collect your credit card nor push you to do any kind of payment.
