Concept details:

To plant and offer a tree, any employee will simply need to reply to the person they want to offer a tree to with a special Tree-Nation Emoji. This gift recipient will receive a Slack/Teams message in their personal channel with a message and a link to their tree gift.
With this Planting Habit your employees can congratulate other team members, show their support for their hard work, their empathy when they are sick or just say thank you by offering a Tree-Gift.

How it works:

1.An Employee posts a message on any public channel to confirm a task done or achievement they worked on.

2.As a gesture to thank or congratulate another employee, a coworker decides to offer them a tree. To do so, they have to react to the message with a Tree-Nation custom emoji on the message.

Note: Only the custom Tree-Nation emoji will trigger a tree.

3.The Tree-Nation emoji will trigger a tree planted and offered to the employee who posted the message, through Slack.

4.A custom private message will be sent from a bot in Slack to the user who received the Tree-Nation emoji in the public channel, with a link to collect the Tree-Gift. You can customize the message.

5.The employee will click on the link and land on the collect your tree page.

6.The employee can now collect the Tree-Gift from your company on Tree-Nation’s platform. The Tree-Gift includes your company’s customized image and message.

7.In your company forest, you will see all the planted and offered trees. When the employee collects their tree, you will see their name beneath it.

Recommended tree quantity:
1 tree/trigger. You can recommend your employees to each send a maximum of 1 to 2 trees per week.
